Why am I unable to install XML for SQL WR2 Beta 1? (7508 Requests)

NOTE: This applies to a version of SQLXML that is no longer available.

There seems to be a problem with XML For SQL WR2 Beta 1 for non-english users. It may give the following error:

A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
sqlxml2.dll
sqlvdr2.dll
xblkld2.dll

If you are on a non-english machine try to change your regional setting to English and then register the dlls.
